Summer Integrated Program
The Summer Integrated Program (SIP) provides a concentration of the entire curriculum. Courses are taught back-to-back for a total of three weeks. Students may participate in a single class or a combination of those offered. Participants who complete the first ten days of the SIP are eligible for the JIFSAN Core Certificate in Food Safety Risk Analysis.
Additional Intermediate courses comprise the last seven days of the program. Participants can choose from two options: Quantitative Track Certificate
