Sites and Scenes of Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. is a culturally rich city, with magnificent monuments, stunning scenery, and exciting events. During you stay in Washington, D.C. you will have many opportunities to see and hear the sites and sounds of the city.

JIFSAN hosts one free cultural activity each week, and there are many opportunities to explore Washington, D.C. on your own.

Here are some of the sites that we think are worth seeing:

The Smithsonian Museums
The Smithsonian Institution is the world's largest collection of museums scattered throughout Washington, D.C.. All of them are FREE and open 7-days a week!

The National Monuments
The Jefferson, Lincoln, and Washington Monuments are images that are most connected to our Nation's Capital.

The Kennedy Center Millennium Stage
The Kennedy Center hosts some of the greatest concerts, operas, and other performances. The Millennium Stage gives FREE performances every day. Check the website for more information.
