Dr. Eric Owusu presented at AAEA's Annual Meeting
August 2022
On August 1, 2022 Dr. Eric Owusu presented at the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA) annual meeting in California. Eric described the monitoring and evaluation work JIFSAN has completed over the years in reference to the roll out of produce safety trainings by JIFSAN and IICA Trainers in Latin America. The presentation analyzed the work associated with the delivery of Produce Safety Alliance (PSA) Train-the-Trainer, and Grower Trainings in Latin America.
