JIFSAN Shrimp Mandate - Basic Seafood HACCP Trainings Conducted in Ecuador, India, and Indonesia in 2022

JIFSAN presented AFDO/Seafood HACCP Alliance (SHA) Basic Seafood HACCP trainings In Ecuador, India, and Indonesia from November 2021 to July 2022. This course trained participants from government, industry, and academia on the principles of HACCP and hazard identification, as well as how to develop HACCP plans specific to each seafood product they handle. Each course began with an SHA online, self-paced Cornell University course followed by a two-day in-person training course taught by Seafood HACCP Alliance instructors.
